360 Penthouse views on Brickell Miami District
Brickell Flatiron is a development by CMC Group in the Heart of Miami.
The Penthouse designed by The One Atelier is one of the two most expensive units of the building. It features amazing double height ceilings and custom-made furniture developed in collaboration with several italian companies such as Fontanot, Lualdi, Snaidero, and Vistosi.

The One Atelier has completely reviewed the distribution of the spaces of the original layout enchanting the concept of openness and creating several spaced dedicated to “gatherings” including an entertaining room and a special living-dining area. This space is the true epicenter of the PH featuring a custom-made Snaidero steel kitchen with wine-cooler and a marble-cladded stage hosting Fendi Casa sofas and coffe tables.
A perfect set to host perfect meetings with friends.
