On the evening of Thursday the 12th September the Elle Residences Team – composed of Elle, Vertical Developments, UNCG, together with Arquinaut, The One Atelier, and Fortune Capital Group – officially celebrated the launch of their groundbreaking new project, poised to transform the residential market in Miami and beyond.
Prominent American influencers and loyal clients of the partnering companies attended the event, which was held in an exclusive venue in the Design District. The space was fully transformed to reflect Elle Residences’ unique style, with colors and furnishings mirroring the aesthetic of the project. As guests entered, they were transported into the “Elle Residences’ Universe,” offering a preview of the lifestyle they will experience once they acquire a unit in this extraordinary development.
To further immerse attendees in the brand’s identity, the event featured runway shows with models showcasing iconic Elle cover dresses and two photo booths were set up at opposite ends of the room: one recreating the future statement wall from the building’s lobby, designed with green rectangular tiles and the project’s golden logo; the other designed to mimic the iconic Elle magazine covers, allowing guests to capture memorable moments.
During the celebration, Fernando Nuñez y Lugones of Vertical Developments and Robert Thorne of UNCG delivered speeches, expressing gratitude to the attendees and officially introducing the project. Miami’s Mayor, Francis Suarez, and Elle’s representative, François Coruzzi, also addressed the crowd with brief remarks.
The evening was truly exceptional: chic, bold and fashion forward, in full Elle style.
Every detail exuded a seamless blend of high fashion, innovative design, and modern luxury, all in celebration of the new real estate horizons we are setting.
